GB/T 29469—2024
前 言
本文件按照GB/T 1.1—2020《标准化工作导则 第1 部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T 29469—2012《洁净室及相关受控环境 性能及合理性评价》,与GB/T
29469—2012 相比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
a) 更改了适用范围(见第1 章,2012 年版的第1 章);
b) 更改了术语“监测”的定义(见3.5,2012 年版的3.9);
c) 删除了性能及合理性评价等术语(见2012 年版的3.1、3.2、3.3、3.4、3.5、3.6、3.7、3.8、3.10、
3.11、3.13、3.14 和3.15);
d) 增加了受控环境、洁净室及相关受控环境、核验、围护结构等术语(见3.1、3.2、3.3 和3.4);
e) 更改“评价与项目进程的关联及程序”为“通用要求”(见第4 章,2012 年版的第4 章);
f) 更改了“评价内容”(见第5 章,2012 年版的第5 章);
g) 增加了“评价结论与等级”(见第6 章);
h) 增加了“评价报告”(见第7 章);
i) 删除了“评价表”(见2012 年版的附录A)。

本文件代替GB/T 29469—2012《洁净室及相关受控环境 性能及合理性评价》,与GB/T
